General Meeting

The General Meeting is Netum’s highest decision-making body. Shareholders exercise their decision-making and supervisory rights through resolutions adopted at General Meetings. The Board of Directors convenes the General Meeting. In addition, a General Meeting must be held if the company’s auditor or shareholders, who represent in total at least one tenth of all the company’s shares, request it in writing to address a specific matter.
