Netum Group Plc shall have one auditor, an audit firm established under the Finnish Auditing Act. The auditor is elected annually by the Annual General Meeting for a term that expires at the end of the next Annual General Meeting.

Netum’s auditor is audit firm KPMG Oy Ab. The auditor-in-charge is Authorised Public Accountant Lotta Nurminen.
