How do we proceed?

1. Current State Assessment

Together with the customer, we establish a shared understanding of the integrations to be included in the service, the messages and data flows they handle, external partners involved, any specific requirements, and the project timeline.

2. Solution Design

Following the assessment, the project moves to a detailed specification phase led by Netum’s integration architect and specialists. During this phase, a clear integration solution and implementation roadmap are created. The customer receives a proposal covering the architecture, implementation phases and estimated costs.

3. Implementation and Go-Live

The integration solution is implemented and tested by Netum’s integration specialists. Integrations involving external service providers are tested collaboratively before the solution is submitted to the customer for acceptance. Prior to production deployment, our specialists perform additional internal testing to identify and address potential error scenarios.

4. Monitoring and Continuous Improvement
