Netum Oy acquires the business related to the European Social Fund management system from Computer Associates Finland Oy.
2011
Netum Oy acquires 90% of BHMSec Oy.
2017
Netum Oy acquires Osaamo Oy’s business operations. Netum Group Oy will be formed as the parent company of the Group. Netum Group Oy acquires the share capital of Netum Oy and Jab Oy.
2019
Netum Group Oy acquires 2019 AgentIT Finland Oy.
2021
- Netum Group Plc is listed on the First North Growth Market Finland marketplace of the Helsinki Stock Exchange.
- Netum Group Plc acquires Cerion Solutions Oy.

- Netum Group Plc acquires Studyo Oy.
- The Netum DUX business is transferred to Optimo Systems Oy.
