Netum has established policies and procedures to prevent and detect misconduct. We are committed to promoting transparency and a culture of openness in all our operations.

Through our reporting channel, available to employees and external stakeholders, concerns about suspected misconduct or unethical behaviour at Netum can be reported confidentially.

We encourage our customers, partners, and employees to report any suspected misconduct or actions that are inconsistent with our values.

Reports can be submitted in Finnish or English via the WhistleB service.
