Group structure

The Netum Group includes the parent company Netum Group Plc and subsidiaries Netum Ltd, Studyo Oy, Buutti Oy and Buutti Consulting Ab. Netum Ltd offers digital services development and maintenance, cyber security services, data and integration services, development, support, and maintenance of information systems, as well as management consulting. Studyo Oy's software products and services streamline the everyday life of educational institutions and support the development of the quality of education. Buutti Oy offers IT consulting and software development services, in which embedded systems SW and web development are the core of the company's expertise. Buutti Consulting Ab does not currently have any business operations.
