Corporate responsibility
Our goal is to be the most trusted partner in our industry and to support our clients in their digital transformation with wisdom, responsibility, and security. We also strive to become the most desirable employer in our field, offering our people a fair and inclusive work community where they feel valued and can truly thrive.
Responsible digital transformation
Through digital solutions, we have a broad impact on our customers’ operations and society, which is why sustainability, security and perseverance guide everything we do. With digital services, we accelerate the circular economy, improve resource efficiency, and help build a more accessible and well-functioning society. We embed sustainability throughout the entire life cycle of our solutions, from idea and implementation to continuous development, and we support our customers in achieving their own sustainability goals. We listen, we support, we build on what already exists, and we take care of tomorrow.

Sustainability report 2025
Our first sustainability report based on the CSRD framework brings together the key principles, impacts and practices of Netum’s sustainability work. The report will be released together with the 2025 Annual Report.
Main themes of Netum’s sustainability program.
We believe in expertise where strong competence and genuine care go hand in hand. We invest in continuous learning, the development of our capabilities, and modern ways of working that support smooth everyday work and high-quality outcomes. We build a flexible working environment that takes into account different life situations and the various stages of a career.
This is how Netum supports the UN’s sustainable development goals
For Netum, we have identified the most relevant UN Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs), where we have the greatest opportunities to make a difference.
Our sustainability work is based on stakeholder interaction, cooperation and continuous development. Our most significant stakeholders are customers, personnel, investors, partners and subcontractors, universities and educational institutions, and the media. Netum monitors its stakeholder interaction through regular customer experience measurement and an annual personnel resource survey, among other things.

Netum’s Code of Conduct
Netum has defined ethical principles that apply to all employees. Through ethical practices, we are committed to ensuring that our work environment and operating culture are as safe, responsible and respectful as possible, both now and in the future.
Through the Code of Conduct created for suppliers, we also aim to ensure that its partners and subcontractors respect Netum’s Code of Conduct and act sustainably.
Whistleblowing
Netum encourages both its personnel and other stakeholders to report any non-compliance with the Code of Conduct related to the organisation or business. Netum also has a Whistleblowing channel at its disposal, through which you can anonymously report suspected misconduct.
