Helping colleagues and maintaining an open and friendly atmosphere are important to us. We spend time together at smaller gatherings as well as company wide celebrations several times a year. There are various hobby groups you can join — and you’re also welcome to start your own.

When working remotely, we stay connected through Slack. We have channels dedicated not only to work but also to hobbies and leisure topics, which makes it easy to chat, ask questions and share thoughts even at a distance. At our larger offices, we also organise regular shared events.

We are flexible when it comes to remote work, but we hope that you can visit one of our offices or, depending on the project, the client’s office when needed. Especially in embedded systems roles, on-site work at the client may be required. If a position requires regular office presence, this is always mentioned in the job post. 

Your journey at Netum begins with general onboarding that we organise in person. On your first day, we go throug our internal tools and systems and ensure that your work equipment is fullyset up. We also cover our culture, employee benefits, occupational healthcare, office locations, time reporting and organisational structure.

The onboarding process includes information security and data protection training. Your manager ensures that you smoothly integrate into both your client project and your own team. We take pride in high-quality onboarding and want to make it as good an experience as possible for our new employees. 

Yes, you can! We also hire freelancers for projects where we donot have the required expertise in-house. We work with IT freelancers in various roles, such as embedded system developers, mobile developers and DevOps experts.

Our Freelance Talent Hub works as a CV pool where you can send your CV and other relevant information. We will contact you through the Hub when we have a potentially suitable project available for you.
