General Meeting

The General Meeting is Netum’s highest decision-making body. The shareholders participate in the supervision and control of the company through the resolutions of the General Meetings. The Board of Directors convenes the General Meeting. In addition, a General Meeting must be held if the company’s auditor or shareholders, that represent in total at least one tenth of all company’s shares, demand it in writing for handling a certain issue.
